COMPANY OVERVIEW

Nulogy is a manufacturing technology company driven by a vision to make life better for the people who plan, produce, and deliver the products we use every day.

Hundreds of manufacturing sites around the world are powered by Nulogy, and our software also runs in the networks of world-leading brands such as Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oréal, and Procter & Gamble.
Nulogy has grown rapidly over the last decade, and we are proud to be recognized with a number of awards including: Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers, Food Logistics Top 100 Software Provider, and Canada's Most Admired Corporate Culture. Nulogy has also received multiple awards for company culture, the most recent being one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2024, Great Place to Work 2025 & Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2025.
By joining Nulogy, you’ll become part of a fantastic culture of capable and motivated individuals. You’ll also join a team that is solving challenging problems every day with the potential to make a global impact.

YOUR MISSION

Own and evolve the core platform powering the Nulogy ecosystem—including integrations, data infrastructure, and shared services. You will ensure this layer of our Manufacturing Operating System is the most reliable, extensible, and commercially valuable in the industry, enabling customers and their partners to seamlessly exchange data, unlock critical insights, and access Nulogy with enterprise-grade trust.

OUTCOMES
A-player performance in this role looks like the following accomplished within the first 12–18 months. These are ranked roughly in order of importance, and you and the VP Product will refine the specific targets and dates during onboarding.

  1. Ship a productized integration strategy. Within 6 months, publish a 2-year platform roadmap, validated with at least 15 customers and 5 partners, that consolidates today's bespoke integration work into a productized catalog. Within 12 months, ship the first two productized ERP/WMS connectors and measurably reduce average integration implementation time by 50%
  2. Move the needle on integration-attributed revenue and retention. Within 12 months, demonstrably contribute to a 20% in expansion revenue and a measurable reduction in churn tied to integration gaps, as tracked through win/loss and renewal data.
  3. Stand up the data platform as a product. Within 9 months, define and begin shipping against a data platform roadmap (built on Snowflake or equivalent) that enables at least three new analytics-driven capabilities across Nulogy's product suite, with documented adoption metrics.
  4. Deliver enterprise-grade shared services. Within 6 months, ship SSO/identity improvements (Auth0 or equivalent) that close the top enterprise security gaps blocking deals today, validated by Sales removing these from the loss-reason list.
  5. Develop the Product Manager, Integrations into a fully autonomous IC. Within 12 months, your direct report is independently leading discovery, prioritization, and delivery for the integrations sub-domain, freeing you to operate at the platform-strategy level.
  6. Establish the platform operating rhythm. Within 90 days, establish — jointly with your Engineering Manager counterpart — a quarterly planning cadence, a healthy and validated backlog (always 1–2 quarters deep), and a stakeholder communication routine that earns a documented "trusted partner" rating from Engineering, Sales, and CS leadership.
  7. Sharpen the integration story for the market. Within 9 months, partner with Marketing and Sales to ship a clearly articulated integration and platform narrative — positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and a refreshed enablement kit (demos, discovery questions, objection handling, ROI framing).

COMPETENCIES
Role-based — how you'll operate to deliver the outcomes above:
  • Technical depth. You can read an API spec, debate an EDI mapping, or challenge an architecture decision without losing the engineers in the room. Engineering bias to hire from a technical background; a software development or engineering education is a strong asset.
  • Platform thinking. You instinctively look for the reusable abstraction. You've shipped platform or infrastructure software before and can show measurable downstream impact on other product teams.
  • Continuous discovery practice. You don't treat discovery as a phase that ends when delivery begins. You're in front of customers, integration partners, and internal users on a regular cadence, running interviews and tests that consistently surface evidence — not just opinions — and you can show how that practice has changed the roadmap decisions you've made.
  • Customer obsession at the integration layer. You can sit with a customer's IT director discussing their SAP instance and leave with a clearly articulated, prioritized problem statement.
  • Strategic clarity. You can connect product decisions to an executive level conversation about, about growth and retention.
  • Ownership through adoption. You don't consider a feature shipped when it merges to main. You plan the launch, instrument the rollout, and stay close to usage data and customer feedback until the thing is actually being used
  • Decisiveness under ambiguity. Platform roadmaps are full of trade-offs with no clean answer. You make the call, document the reasoning, and revisit when the data changes.
  • Coaching and developing PMs. You've directly managed at least one PM and can point to specific ways that person grew under you.
  • Fluency with the AI integration stack itself. Because this is the integration platform, AI is increasingly what customers want to integrate with. They should understand — at a working level — MCP, agent frameworks, vector stores, embeddings, RAG architectures, and how iPaaS vendors (Workato included) are repositioning around AI agents. If a Nulogy customer wants their ERP data exposed to an internal LLM agent, this PM should know what that actually requires.

CULTURAL - NULOGY VALUES, APPLIED:
  • Leadership in Thought — you bring a point of view, especially when it's unpopular.
  • Sharing in Success — credit flows to the team; accountability stops with you.
  • Improvement in Practice — your last quarter looks measurably different from the one before.
  • Agility in Everything — you change your mind when the evidence warrants, fast.
  • Honesty / integrity — you don't soften bad news to stakeholders or candidates.
  • Efficiency — significant output, minimal wasted effort. (You'll feel the difference between activity and progress.)
  • High standards — both for yourself and for the people you hire and develop.

ABOUT YOU
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years on technical/platform products — integrations, APIs, EDI, or supply chain connectivity.

  • Direct experience managing at least one product manager.
  • Track record of platform/infrastructure products tied to measurable business outcomes
  • AI-first operating habits. You use AI tools daily in your own work — for discovery, specification documents, competitive research, prototyping etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or comparable iPaaS / integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo).
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, APS, or logistics systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, or Oracle.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Auth0 or comparable identity management platforms.
  • Software development background or engineering education—experience writing or reviewing code is a strong asset.
