Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead

You will champion Nulogy’s talent growth across all teams, and help sustainably scale our People Operation processes around all-things to do with hiring! Your role is crucial to Nulogy’s success during our current growth stage.


  • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment process, including Nulogy’s candidate pipeline through researching, prospecting, and screening across all teams in the organization.
  • Oversee prospective employees through a human-focused candidate experience, from sourcing to onboarding using our ATS, HMRS, and other third-party tools.
  • Working with the People Operations team, assist in the successful centralization of talent acquisition and unify hiring practices across the organization, always asking “how can this be better?”
  • Think outside the box! Work with our Culture Specialist to find opportunities which reach new candidates through meetups, sponsorship opportunities, job fairs, advertising campaigns, and more.
  • Collect and measure data-driven insights on hiring to deliver the best return on budget and time.
  • Work closely within our People Operations team to set a new standard for company culture.
  • Deeply understand and embody Nulogy’s story and values so that you can relay them to every person you interact with, both inside and outside of Nulogy.  


  • 2- 4 Years’ of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably with a focus in tech.
  • Proven track record of hiring high-potential employees.  


  • You are extremely personable, consistent, and empathetic in your communication.
  • You never say “That’s not my job”. Instead, when you see a problem you take initiative to make improvements.
  • You enjoy both speaking to large groups, and also making 1:1 connections with people.
  • You’re a team player with excellent multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines.
